IT@Illinois
A campus wide collaborative effort to redesign how we provide Information Technology services and support to our university.
Service Centers
An initiative to rethink how we deliver our support services (e.g., Information Technology, Finance/Accounting, Human Resources and Marketing/Communications) with the aim of improving the level of service, increasing efficiencies and decreasing costs.
Process Improvement
A series of discrete projects that will leverage business methodology to improve quality and reduce the cost of key processes.
Energy Conservation
A proactive effort to reduce the amount of energy consumption and costs for our campus.
